  • Third Parties: Individuals or entities other than the Controller, Processor, or persons under their direct authority authorized to process personal data.

  • Processing: Any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, adaptation, usage, disclosure, or deletion.

  • Data Breach: Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of personal data, whether accidental or intentional.

  • Anonymization: Irreversible processing of personal data to prevent identification of the data subject.

INTERON acts as the Controller, determining the purposes and means of processing personal data during service delivery. Third parties operating under INTERON's instructions are considered Processors.
